By using VoiceAPP you agree to these terms.

The service

VoiceAPP transcribes audio you record or import into text using third-party transcription technology. Accuracy is not guaranteed and may vary with audio quality, language, and accents.

Minutes, packs, and subscription

• Each new account includes a monthly starter transcription allowance.
• You may buy one-off minute packs (consumable) or subscribe to VoiceAPP Pro for a recurring monthly minute allowance.
• VoiceAPP Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Settings.
• Subscription minutes do not roll over between periods. Purchased packs do not expire.
• Prices are shown in the app and vary by region.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the audio you upload and must have the right to transcribe it. Do not use VoiceAPP for unlawful purposes.

Your content

You retain ownership of your audio and transcripts. You grant us only the limited rights needed to process and store them to provide the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
